Shipping policy

Your order will usually be shipped to you within two working days.

UK orders will be sent tracked via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and should arrive to you within 5 working days.

International orders will be shipped tracked via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DHL depending on size and value of the parcel. International orders should arrive with you within 10 working days unless there are any hold ups with customs etc.

If an item is returned to us you will need to pay the shipping again to have your package sent back to you. As we are a small business we can't absorb this cost right now.

If you need express delivery please email us to isobel@brownbreadlondon.com and we will see if this is something we can do. An extra charge may be involved and express shipping won't always be available to please contact us before purchasing if this is needed as all sales are final.

Customs will likely be charged on international orders dependent on your location and in most cases will be collected from you, by your countries customs office prior to delivery.
